PushNotification application installed but seems to receive no notifications

I have followed the instructions at
I have done all the requirements. I have set up an Apple Developer Account, signed in to the XCode and authorized the production Apple ID (not the Sandbox ID) to receive the certificates.
I have followed the instructions set out in the developer guide on how to create a.p12 key for production and placed it in the xCode app bundle.
I have cleaned the build and ran an archive of my app on the device.
I have set up a server to be able to send the notification, but when I try to send a test notification I get an error.

I can see that the App was not installed on my phone or simulator so I went into the provisioning portal, added the new application and tried again and it worked.
The error I am getting does not indicate a push that was not received in the provisioning portal but indicates an error with the push sending.

    In my Express.js and PostgreSQL app, I want to store the ID of the first record that was created. When creating a record by POST request, I get the data, then do: db.collection(‘product_orders’, function(err, collection) {… }); to get in the collection new records. I wonder if I can get in the collection information about the first record. Do I have to use the collection API for that? Below is the sample POST request from my app:
